Description

In collaboration with Luiza Margan. The project exists in two versions produced in the same year. The first version, titled 706, was realised at the ISCP studios in New York: transparent polyester foil was tailored into wide tube systems and applied directly to the air conditioning infrastructure on the ceiling, inflated by ventilation air into organ-like, vibrant forms that responded to the building's mechanical breathing. The second version was produced for L'art contemporain en Europe — Pommery Experience 5 in Reims, France, filling a 30-metre underground cellar hallway with the same tube system, accompanied by sound and internal video views of the air circuits.
